The cable company and the county government still can't play nice.
At issue is is having 65 percent of the county upgraded to good service as
substantial completion of the upgrade. Once again, the threat of offering
the cable contract to another company is issued, but at most they will probably
be fined. But as long as they control the horizontal and vertical, rates
will rise and nothing can be done to stop them.
