Washington, First City to Go.

It's always comforting to know that the city you live in will always be a target for destruction by its enemies. First were the weekend warnings about how subway systems could be a target of a nerve gas attack, and now the revelation of an alleged plan to set off a "dirty bomb" in DC. (Interesting that this news wasn't released until after the Administration was taking licks for intellegence screw-ups concerning the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.) Will Saletan says not to overreact. Like that's going to be easy.
