captured first place in the large-weight class
of belly floppers last weekend, and a photo of his winning flop appeared
in Sunday's paper. One problem: Because of a driving violation, Sullivan
has been under court order to "remain confined to your approved residence
except for an hour before or after your approved employment, public service
work or any other special activities." His parole officer saw the picture
