The Case Still Stands Against Yahoo Messenger...

Yahoo has foisted the beta to version 7 of its messaging client out onto the world. They're going to attempt to take on Skype and internet telephony in general. How they're going to manage to do this, when they have yet to master the simple task of sending text across the internet without killing my machine remains to be seen. If it can starve a machine running with 512MB of memory and a 1.8GHz processor sending nothing but text, how can they even hope to send sound data? My case against Yahoo Messenger still stands.
