Good Will Leaving.

Cox Cable is doing its best to squander any good will I have left for them. The broadband internet connection is down, and has been since 2am. It wasn't until 8 this morning that they actually acknowledged that my connection was out at their call center and not something that I did to my system. In fact, their website doesn't even mention that I'm suffering an outage.
