Downgraded to F4.

The tornado that hit southern Maryland last Sunday was an F4, not an F5 as first believed. Looking at this graphic it was mostly an F1, except -- unfortunately -- as it went through La Plata. You can barely see where it was an F4, but it happened right in downtown.
