It's going to be harder than I thought...

It seems like certain styles only have certain ways to customise it... It looks difficult to port a calendar tab from this style to the classic style I've been using since Memorial Day of last year</a>, much less add new stuff (like say a floating box inside the table for date, permalink, and comments). It looks like I'll need to sit down and study the documentation for LiveJournal customizations...
