Something's going down in Richmond. Police have surrounded a white van with a ladder and temp tags in Richmond near a pay phone. They have subsequently towed away that vehicle. News reports say that they arrested one man, but there were two in the van when a woman called 911 to report the suspicious van.
However, in Rockville, Maryland, Chief Moose held a press conference to tell the media that the cops in Maryland are preparing a response to the sniper in regards to the note of last night or possibly a newer message, with no allusion to events occurring down in Richmond.
