It's a good thing Kentucky changed its slogan from "Where Education Pays" to "Unbridled Spirit" or something like that. Otherwise recent statements by Governor Ernie Fletcher could open the state up to false advertisng suits. This comes not a month after Intelligent Design was ruled unconstitutional and not a scientific study in a federal district court in Pennsylvania.
